Communication Preferences
We only send you the emails you need, and the marketing emails you’ve asked for. You can change your choices at any time.
Emails we always send (service emails)
These relate directly to a booking you’ve made, so we send them as part of providing the service. They cannot be switched off while you have an active booking:
- Booking confirmation — your date, time, slot length and price
- Your court entry code — sent about 20 minutes before your slot starts
- Changes or cancellations — if we need to cancel or move your booking
- Refund confirmations — when a refund has been processed
- Account emails — password resets and account security
Tip: add
[email protected]to your contacts so your entry code doesn’t land in spam. If a code hasn’t arrived 10 minutes before your slot, check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us.
Emails you choose to receive (marketing)
We only send these if you’ve opted in. They include occasional news about the courts, seasonal opening hours, and offers. We do not send them by default, and we never sell or share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.
How to change your preferences
To unsubscribe from marketing emails: click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we’ve sent you. This takes effect immediately and is free.
To opt in to marketing emails, or to change anything else: email us at [email protected] with the subject “Communication preferences” and tell us what you’d like. We’ll action it and confirm.
To update the email address we use (important — this is where your entry code is sent): log in to My Account and update your account details, or contact us.
Your privacy rights
You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time without affecting bookings you’ve already made. You also have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details, or contact us using the address above.
